At Memsaab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion choice isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
